Online

• Create an account on the ETS website. While doing registration, make sure that the name you enter is same as in the identification document you’ll take on the test day.

• After logging in, click on "Register for a Test” and select the TOEFL test.

• Choose a date and test center for the for the test.

• Select the universities in which you want to get your TOEFL scores and agree to the terms and conditions of ETS to complete the online registration.  

• Although the online registrations are open 24x7, yet make sure that you register before seven days of the exam date. Late registration for the exam closes three days before the exam date. However, you have to a pay a late fee of 40 USD along with the regular fee.

Mail

• Fill up the TOEFL registration form downloaded from the ETS website.

• Choose a method of payment.

• Send the registration form and payment to the RRC of your area. Remember, that the last date for receipt for the registration form is three days before the exam day. So, send it within this time.

• After receiving your registration form, RRC will send you a confirmation. If you don't get the confirmation until three days of the registration deadline, call the RRC.

• Remember, that you have to enter certain codes on the registration form when you are applying through the mail method. So, don’t forget to enter them.

Phone

• In order to register through your phone, call your RRC before a week of the exam date in order to register for the test.

• Late registrations through phones are open till 5 p. m. prior to the test day. The candidate who registers within this period have to pay a late fee of 40 USD along with their regular fees.
